My son wants to purchase student travel insurance for his spring break trip. My husband told him before purchasing student travel insurance he should compare travel insurance offers from other companies. My husband has purchased cheap travel insurance before and doesn't want my son to pay too much. I think it’s smart to compare travel insurance. Some companies take advantage of students and charge them more for student travel insurance when they'd sell cheap travel insurance to adults that came in.
